Midsummer
When faced with such a warm weekend and no air conditioning, this is what Sam and I do:
Sit around in our underwear, dressing only for church.
Make more coasters.
And magnets.
Try a new craft: a charming little silhouette.
Play with glue.
Put glue hand on forehead and exclaim "I serve Saruman!"

Um how did you make the coasters and magnets please
Quite simple my dear. Supplies needed: whatever square bases you can find for coasters (mine are "candle holders" from Dollar Tree), whatever you can find for magnet bases (I used little round mirrors from the craft store), magnets to glue on the back, scrapbook paper, scissors, glue, and decoupage finish from the craft store. Cut and paste desired scrapbook paper onto bases, add decoupage finish and presto. For magnets, glue magnets onto the back after you have decoupaged them. The end.
Very charming crafts. Maybe a cottage industry???
