fashion friday: pleated skirt take 2

Sweater: Target
Skirt: thrifted
Shoes: Nomorerack.com

You can just assume I wore this skirt every day for the last week and you may or may not be right. 

So there's this dip/salad thing that my mom makes that I've been craving a lot lately and have made twice in two weeks. I have decided to share this goodness with you so you can crave it all the time too:

Ingredients: 
1 can corn
1 can black beans
2-3 avocados
1-2 roma tomatoes
1 packet italian salad dressing mix
3 tbs. sugar
tortilla chips

Directions:
Dice the avocados and tomatoes and put into a medium bowl
Drain and rinse the corn and beans and add to the avocados and tomatoes
Mix the Italian dressing in a separate bowl according to the directions on the packet
Add sugar to the dressing, pour over other ingredients
Serve with tortilla chips

Oh my goodness, that dip!! I live for avocados, corns, black beans... So yeah, I have a feeling I will want to eat that dip daily! Thanks for sharing it!
